The Bennington County Solid Waste Alliance (BCSWA) represents the Towns of Arlington, Bennington, Dorset, Glastenbury, Manchester, Pownal, Rupert, Sandgate, Searsburg, Shaftsbury, Stamford, Sunderland and Woodford, with a total, combined population of just over 35,000 people.
