Waste Management for Landlords & Property Managers

Do have questions about your waste management responsibilities for tenants? The Bennington County Solid Waste Alliance is offering a free educational event presented in partnership with the Bennington Free Library on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 10AM at the Bennington Free Library, 101 Silver Street, Bennington, Vermont.

The event led by the Alliance’s Outreach Program Manager, Paula Kamperman, will provide information on what landlords and property managers need to know to be in compliance with Vermont’s Recycling Law (Act 148) and Rental Health Code. Materials will be available to educate tenants on proper waste sorting and tips to reduce odors and mess. She will be available to answer questions from the audience.
