Recyclables

Recyclables are banned from disposal in the trash in Vermont. Recycle accepted materials through your local blue-bin/curbside recycling program or at a BCSWA transfer station. Common recyclables include paper and cardboard, plastic containers #1 and #2, glass bottles and jars, aluminum and steel cans, and aluminum foil.

Do not place plastic bags, film plastic, electronics, batteries, or other special-collection materials in your blue-bin recycling.
